At Palais Rhoul Dakhla, our Eco Lodge and Organic-certified home embodies a form of responsible hospitality, rooted in respect for nature and local culture. We prioritize regional employment, collaborate with artisans from southern Morocco, and favour local and organic products.
Guided by a rigorous environmental charter, we optimize water management, reduce our energy impact, and choose eco-friendly materials.
Our wellness rituals and cuisine follow natural balance and seasonal rhythms.
At least 90% of our staff come from surrounding towns and villages. We actively support the local community by funding solidarity actions, preparing one in three meals for the population, and contributing to the creation of Dakhla’s first medical center for the most vulnerable.

Our cook Rachida bakes her bread daily in a traditional clay oven using 100 percent organic flour from the Middle Atlas and a house sourdough lovingly nurtured since 1964 with a blend of spelt and rye flours
She buys her produce from nearby farms prepares fish caught the same night by Captain Othamne
thanks to our private fishing boat and grills fresh lobster on request
We collect oysters directly from the oyster farm just hours before your meal
Our cuisine specializes in seafood including lobster oysters razor clams squid and noble fish crafted exclusively with fresh local ingredients
The organic half board is 350 dirhams and the organic full board is 600 dirhams per person per day excluding drinks Only red lobster is charged separately Meals are created with you based on your preferences the day’s catch and the market You can choose your fish directly on board
