Palais Rhoul does not have a telephone switchboard. All availability, booking and stay-planning requests are handled by email. This allows us to provide precise follow-up, a personalised reply and a clear record of every exchange.
The house is located in Dakhla, facing the lagoon, just a few minutes from the airport. Our team assists you before your arrival so that your stay can be prepared in the best possible conditions.

Every message receives an individual reply. We do not use automated forms or standardised responses.

Once your booking has been confirmed, we can prepare the essential elements of your stay with you: room selection, dining plan, airport transfer and initial practical information. Treatments, massages and experiences are arranged on site, subject to availability and the conditions of the day.
Kitesurfing and certain water activities should be planned in advance. If they are a central part of your stay, please mention this when booking.
Practical information
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m.
Bookings are handled exclusively by email.
A deposit is requested through a secure payment link once the booking has been confirmed.
Airport transfers can be arranged on request for MAD 150 each way, payable at check-out.
French, English and Spanish are spoken at reception.

The house faces the lagoon, just a few minutes from Dakhla Airport. Access by car is direct from the city centre. A transfer can be arranged on request.
