Palais Rhoul Dakhla is a luxury hotel in Dakhla, set above the lagoon in a residence dating from the early twentieth century, once a lobster warehouse, restored over eight years. The guest house holds twelve rooms and suites, a restaurant, a spa with hammam and massage treatments, an outdoor pool and a private beach on the Dakhla lagoon. At the table, Rachida prepares Moroccan cuisine at lunch around a sourdough starter over sixty years old, while Fayz serves international cuisine in the evening. The spa at Palais Rhoul Dakhla is home to the only certified Authentic Massage practitioner in Morocco, alongside a specialist in traditional Thai Wat Pho massage, also unique in the country. A fleet of three boats reaches the lagoon, the White Dune and the surrounding desert. Palais Rhoul Dakhla was recognised by Condé Nast Traveller in 2025 and rated 9/10 by Le Figaro. Between desert and ocean, a short distance from central Dakhla, the house offers a stay set apart from standardised hotel-keeping, reachable exclusively by email.
