At Palais Rhoul Dakhla, the table celebrates local, organic, seasonal cuisine. The menu is anchored in what we harvest and what the ocean brings: catch-of-the-day and lobster from our own boat, and organic vegetables picked that morning.
In the kitchen, Chef Rachida reimagines Moroccan classics with a light, modern touch: wood-fired grills, fish tagines to order,
Berber-style tapas, seafood carpaccios, and vegetarian plates inspired by Saharan produce.
More than a restaurant, the Paillote is an open-air living space—perfect for a romantic dinner, a light lunch after the spa,
or a quiet moment facing the lagoon. Our menu evolves with the day’s catch and garden harvest (no fixed card),
with vegetarian options and attentive service throughout.
