• Eco-ethic: no tracing in sensitive areas, respect for birdlife, zero waste
Technique & form
Learn the alternating step, ground push-off, long arm swing in line with the body, engaged core and gaze to the horizon. Cadence work (your natural “metronome”), even breathing and relaxed shoulders create a smooth, joint-friendly stride.
Routes & scenery
• Lagoon: compact sand ribbons, mirror-calm water at sunrise, light breeze.
• Dunes: golden waves, footwork & proprioception, desert vistas.
• Cliffs & plateaus: mineral trails, ocean light, 360° panoramas.
We adapt itineraries to tides, wind and group level.
Health & performance
A true low-impact, whole-body workout: aerobic heart zone, posterior chain, shoulder girdle and trunk. Offloads knees and lower back, widens range of motion, sharpens coordination and builds base endurance—ideal for return to activity or as a counterbalance to board sports.

FAQ — Nordic Walking
Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We set pole length, teach the basics and match the cadence to the group.
What if I have knee or back sensitivity?
Pole propulsion spreads load and relieves joints. We favour soft terrain and protective pacing. Seek medical advice for evolving conditions.
Is sand too hard to walk on?
We use firm shoreline bands. On dunes we switch to playful, proprioceptive work—duration/pace adapted.
Are poles provided?
Yes, with tips matched to the day’s surface. Bring your own if you prefer.
And when it’s windy?
We move to sunrise slots or sheltered routes. If conditions turn, we reschedule at no charge (subject to availability).
Can I combine it with yoga or spa?
Highly recommended: Nordic walk + gentle stretch/yoga, hammam and leg-drainage massage for super-light legs.
