Reservations are made by email at info.palaisrhoul@gmail.com. Each request receives a personalised response. Once availability has been confirmed, a deposit is requested through a secure payment link.

Deposit payments are accepted by bank transfer, cash, and secure Visa or Mastercard payment link. American Express is not accepted.

Dakhla airport is a few minutes from the property. A private transfer can be arranged on request, at a rate of 150 MAD per journey, payable at check-out.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. In the event of an early arrival, you may enjoy the shared spaces while your room is being prepared, depending on the morning’s departure schedule.

A tourist tax applies in accordance with local regulations. It is payable on site, directly to the property.

Transavia operates direct flights from Paris-Orly year-round, and from Marseille and Bordeaux during the winter season. Royal Air Maroc also connects Paris-Orly to Dakhla, with the option of checking in kitesurfing equipment free of charge. Flight time is approximately 3h30 to 4h from France. From the Canary Islands, Binter Canarias operates a direct service from Las Palmas year-round.

Ryanair operates seasonal flights from Madrid. For other European origins, the most common connection is via Casablanca (Royal Air Maroc) or Madrid.
