As evening falls, the Paillote at Palais Rhoul Dakhla becomes one of the most beautiful places in the house. Facing the lagoon, between soft light, desert and sea breeze, the bar accompanies the end of the day with a short, fresh and evolving menu.
Signature cocktails, Moroccan wines, French selections, non-alcoholic drinks, fresh juices and house creations come together in a simple and elegant experience, designed to extend a dinner, a return from an excursion or a moment on the terrace.
The menu evolves with the fruit, fresh herbs, the seasons and the spirit of the house: little excess, balanced flavours, discreet service and time suspended as the sun sets.
Good to know
The bar opens according to the rhythm of service and availability at the Paillote. As the terrace facing the lagoon is particularly sought after at sunset, we recommend letting us know in advance if you would like to enjoy an aperitif there or extend your dinner.
