Fishing in Dakhla

From Palais Rhoul Dakhla, a fishing trip can be arranged for guests staying at the house, aboard the house’s own boat, depending on the tides, the weather and the conditions of the day. The experience is offered in a small group of up to four people, with a local captain, for a half-day following the rhythm of the lagoon and the authorised fishing areas. Trips are available from MAD 800 per person, or MAD 5,000 for exclusive use of the boat. Guests must bring their own equipment. Depending on the catch, the species and the permitted sizes, it may be possible to continue the experience at the table, in the spirit of simple, local cuisine shaped by the sea.
